Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
