If your order’s not quite right, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

 

    Please see the full conditions below:

    • Items must be in their original selling condition. This means they must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
    • Items must have all original tags still attached.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30 day returns period and/or for items that are not returned to us in their original selling condition. In this case, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
    • If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications.
    • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

    • Your name and email address
    • Order number (e.g #12345)
    • Item name

     

    Please note: We only offer refunds on the original payment method used to make the order.
